Step 4) Field Assignments:

  • Employee Identification (empid),
  • Pay (annsal),
  • Gender (gender),
  • Race/Ethnicity (race),
  • Job title (jobtitle),
  • Length of Service or hire date (hiredt),
  • Job Group (jobgrp),
  • FLSA exempt status (flsastat),
  • EEO Job Code (eeo1)
 
Step 5) Define Populations

Create Rules for: "Active Full Time"

  • "ftpt" "is (=)" "F",
  • "status" "is (=)" "active"
 
Step 6) Select Comparisons

  • select regression,
  • select annsal,
  • select active full time
 
Step 7) Analysis/Diagnostics

Basic Tab: (N/A -skip this tab)

Regression Tab:

  • Use hire date or service,
  • Job title,
  • FLSA exempt status,
  • EEO job code;
  • additional by jobgroup, run each output option
