Intro

A basic comparison analysis has been run to illustrate a comparison of gender impacts on compensation.  The first table includes the average compensation for male and female employees, the number of male and female employees included in the analysis, the percent difference in compensation between male and female employees, and the affected gender.   The preliminary analysis shows that the average compensation for female employees is 5.50% less than the average compensation for male employees. Since this is more than 2%, it may indicate a need to examine comparisons within SSEGs to determine whether a disparity exists that is considered significant according to typical OFCCP guidelines.
