Are you using the PayEval software for the first time? If so, this training class is for you. Presented by Keith Schumann, Ph.D., you will review the methods the OFCCP has deemed effective in determining systemic discrimination, and use sample data to walk through the program. You will become familiar with the issues facing federal contractors and gain a solid understanding of what is required to prepare your own compensation analysis using PayEval.

Informative as it is helpful, this training will get you ready for your first in-house analysis and answer questions you may have about your specific analysis needs.
