Workforce Audits
Workforce audits are examinations of a company's pay, promotion, hiring or other employment practices. We compare the experience of protected and non-protected groups, advise clients about trends in their internal data, and provide an assessment of their current situation. These audits provide management with the tools to address potential litigation problems before they arise. In addition, audits identify areas of laudible achievement.
Workforce audits assist human resource managers in checking for internal consistency in the pay, performance and reward structure of autonomous components of large organizations. In conducting audits we work closely with management and human resource personnel to thoroughly understand a client's practices before beginning our analysis. PayEval Consulting brings sophisticated statistical modeling and a broad understanding of human resource practices to aid clients in these self-assessments.

Responding to Government Audits
PayEval's professional consulting staff assists firms and attorneys in responding to data requests from regulatory investigators such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and the Justice Department, as well as state investigative agencies.
We can help compile data requested by regulators and, more importantly, we can analyze the data from the perspective of the regulator's concerns. We have particular expertise in assessing the potential disparate impact of employment, credit, and insurance policies.
